REGISTRATION REGULATION
We kindly request your attention to read and follow the rules that guide the registrations referring to the event XVI NATIONAL ACADEMIC LIBRARIES SEMINAR and II INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL LIBRARIES SEMINAR.
PAYMENT
Credit Card
Fill out the registration form online and check the option to pay by credit card - Visa or Mastercard.
For security matters of the carrier card, paying with a credit card is required to fill out all information at registration before finalizing and sending the registration form.
If you do not intend to fill out your credit card data, please fill out the registration form when you have these data.
SCHEDULING THE REGISTRATION
Payments may be scheduled in up to 6 times with no interest. The number of installments will be reduced every month as follows:
- until April 17: 6 installments
- until May 17: 5 installments
- until June 17: 4 installments
- until July 17: 3 installments
- until August 17: 2 installments
Scheduling the registration will only be done by credit card. Fill out the registration form online, check the PAYMENT (Visa or Mastercard) and the SCHEDULING OPTION (down payment or in installments). Fill out all requested information before finalizing and sending the registration form.
SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMMING
The event schedule is subject to change, regarding to issues and speakers as well.
DECLARATION
Undergraduate students must submit a declaration issued and signed by the institution to which they are associated certifying the end date of intern or course for the Executive Bureau of the Event.

Participant who does not send the declaration corresponding to your category until the day of the event must pay the difference to the registration amount in the Professional category (R$ 700,00) when arriving at the venue.
DEADLINE
Pre-registrations can be done until the day 10/04/2010.
The organizers are not responsible for registrations made outside the time limits specified in the Registration Form.
CONGRESS MEMBER MATERIAL
Congress material supply for all participants who have paid registration.
CANCELLATION AND REGISTRATION REIMBURSEMENT
The cancellation and registration refund (all categories) may only be made if requested until the day 10/04/2010 through e-mail contato@snbu2010.com.br along with the registered´ checking account information. The reimbursement of registration will be made after the event and discounted 40% (forty percent) of the amount on the administrative fee. Requested cancellations will not be met from 10/05/2010.
REGISTRATION TRANSFER
The registration transfer may be requested until the day 10/04/2010 by writing through e-mail contato@snbu2010.com.br. If there is a change in the category, the difference must be paid through bank deposit (if the amount is bigger) and the receipt faxed or e-mailed to the Executive Bureau of the Event, or requested a refund (if the value is lower) in the same transfer document. The refund of this difference will be made after the event and discounted 40% (forty percent) of the amount on the administrative fee.
2ª COPY OF THE BADGE
The organizers are not responsible for the loss of the provided badge. The issue of the 2nd copy will be made only upon payment of the "intrinsic value of the badge."
LOCAL DEPARTMENT
The Local Department operates from 08h on 10/17/2010 at the Intercontinental Hotel for the pre-registered congress members’ material removal, receipt of new registrations and general information.
